Part 1: Reflect on the Past Week

  1. Accomplishments: What did I complete this week?
  2. Progress: How did I advance on my main goals?
  3. Wins: What unexpected good things happened?
  4. Challenges: What obstacles did I face?
  5. Lessons: What did I learn?

Part 2: Clear the Mind

  1. Open loops: What's lingering that needs attention?
  2. Inbox zero: Any messages/tasks needing processing?
  3. Commitments: Did I keep all my promises?

Part 3: Plan Next Week

  1. Big Rocks: What are my top 3-5 priorities?
  2. Calendar: What's already scheduled?
  3. Projects: What needs to move forward?
  4. Habits: Which habits am I focusing on?

Part 4: Wellbeing Check

  1. Energy: How was my energy this week?
  2. Balance: Work/life balance rating?
  3. Relationships: Who do I need to connect with?
  4. Self-care: What do I need more/less of?

Ask probing questions and help me think deeper about each area.
