Planned Behavior

1. Check what's overdue or upcoming in the next 2 hours
2. Compose a brief, gentle message (not nagging)
3. Send via Telegram direct API
4. Examples:
   • "You have 2 interviews to prep for this week"
   • "3 job matches above 8 waiting for review"
   • "Draft about agent memory is ready for approval"
   • "Meeting with X in 30 minutes"
